Shipping  Policy

Blissful Bubs has adopted a model that absorbs tracked international shipping into the cost of each garment. You pay no additional fee for shipping.

Currently we offer tracked international shipping to : Australia, Canada, Great Britain, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, the United States and select countries of the European Union (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal and Spain).

Outside of the destinations listed above delivery is still possible, however there may be additional delays in receiving your parcel. 

You will be notified when goods have been dispatched and advised (where available) of the shipping number. 

Most parcels arrive within 7-10 days, however we ask that you allow 2-4 weeks  from confirmation of dispatch for your goods to arrive. Depending on your location, delivery times may take longer. 

Any country specific import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Blissful Bubs cannot be held responsible for any delays  or mal-deliveries caused by International Postal Services or their agents. Please note: delivery may take quicker or longer, depending on the reliability of International Postal Services. 

During week-long Chinese holidays, Chinese New Year (Jan 28, 2017) and Chinese National Day (Oct 1, 2018), services from certain suppliers and carriers may be affected. Please be aware that deliveries for order placed around these holidays may be delayed.

We have adopted a streamlined shipping model with our global partners in order to offer the best value product. Because of this we are unable to offer the option of express shipping at this stage.

If your order is made up of more than one item, you may receive separate parcels with individual tracking numbers. We do not delay shipping waiting to consolidate products which may originate from different locations.

Returns Policy – Faulty Goods

Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If you do not contact us within 14 days of receiving your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund, credit or exchange on faulty or damaged goods. 

We happily offer a full refund, credit or exchange on incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.
In the event that incorrect or faulty goods have been received, please contact info@blissfulbubs.com or complete the contact form on our website  HERE.

Using the subject title ‘RETURNS’ please include the order number and a description of the issue complete with images.

Pre-paid shipping instructions will be sent for the return of goods. You will not be responsible for return postage costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, you will be notified and a refund processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

There is often some processing time (by the bank) before a refund is posted.

Returns Policy – Change of Mind

Blissful Bubs is happy to offer credit notes in the form of eGift Cards for online orders that are in original condition, with original box and labels attached.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the item has been worn, we cannot process the item.

Using the subject title ‘RETURNS’ please include the order number and a brief description or the reason for return.

Blissful Bubs will not be responsible for return shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of domestic or international purchases.

If approved, you will be notified and an eGift Card issued by email for the full or partial value of the returned item/s.
